If SimTrack isn't for you — it doesn't work with your game, your phone, your WiFi, or you simply changed your mind — ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and you'll get one. No questions required.

Reply to your Lemon Squeezy receipt email, or use the link in it. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within a few business days.

If it didn't work, tell us which game and phone. You don't have to — but that's exactly the information that makes the next version work for the next person, and it's how games move from "expected" to "verified".

This policy adds to, and never reduces, the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country, including EU rules on digital content.
